Assign people to a song or moment

Name who's leading a song or speaking in a moment. It shows on the setlist row, so nobody has to ask on the day.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor, Scheduler. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open the event and tap See Setlist.
  2. Tap the row you want.
  3. Tap the settings icon at the top right.
  1. On a moment, tap Assign Persons. On a song, tap Add Lead Vocals.
  2. In Select Members, tap the people you want. Use Search for a member if the list is long.
  3. Tap Save.

Good to know​

  • A moment takes up to 4 people. Add a moment to the setlist
  • Only people already on the event appear in the list. Invite someone to a position
  • Adding lead vocals to a song needs Editor or above. A Scheduler can assign people to a moment but not to a song. What each role can do
  • On a wide screen, hovering a setlist row shows an add-person icon that opens the same sheet, for up to 10.
