Reorder the setlist

Put the songs and moments in the order they'll happen. That order is what everyone reads from, and what you present in.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor, Scheduler. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open the event and tap See Setlist.
  2. Tap the pencil icon at the top right. Edit mode turns on and drag handles appear.
  1. Press and hold a row's handle.
  2. Drag it up or down to where you want it, then let go.
  3. Move anything else that needs moving.
  4. Tap Save Order.

Good to know​

  • Nothing is saved until you tap Save Order. Going back first asks you to discard, and the old order stays.
  • Dragging isn't available on web. Where each feature works
  • Everyone sees the new order as soon as you save.
  • Saving also turns edit mode off.
