Edit or delete an event template

Templates change as your services change. Open one to edit it, and delete it from the same screen.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Team details by tapping your team's card on Home.
  2. Under Manage, tap Event Templates.
  3. Tap the template. Edit Template opens.
  4. Change Name or Location, or tap the cover to swap the photo.
  5. Tap Save at the bottom.
  1. To remove the template, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Template.
  2. Are you sure you want to delete this template? appears. Tap Yes.

Good to know​

  • Save appears only once you have changed something.
  • On a tablet or on web, delete from the list instead: tap the three dots on the template's row and choose Delete.
  • The name is required. If you clear it, Save won't accept the template.
  • The setlist, the people and the reminders are edited from the same screen. Pre-fill a template's setlist
