Why can't I do this? Start here

If a button isn't there, or tapping it opens something you didn't expect, one of four things is going on. Work through these in order.

What to try​

  1. Are you offline? Editing options are hidden with no internet. This is the most common cause. Buttons disappear when you're offline
  2. Does your role allow it? Roles decide who can edit songs, plan events and invite people. What each role can do
  3. Does it need a paid plan? Some features are locked on the free plan and show an upgrade screen instead. This feature needs a paid plan
  4. Does it work on your device? A few things are phone-only or iPhone-only. Where each feature works

Good to know​

  • If you're told to Ask your team owner to upgrade, the feature needs a paid plan and only the Owner can buy it.
  • If a button was there yesterday and isn't today, start with offline, then check whether your role changed.
