Create an event
Set up a new event with its name, date, time, and the people you need.
Create an event from a template
Start an event from a template so the setlist, people, and reminders are already filled in.
Add a rehearsal
Add a rehearsal to an event so it shows on everyone's schedule, then edit or remove it.
Add a cover photo to an event
Pick one of the ready-made covers or use your own picture, so the event is easy to spot.
Publish an event so your team can see it
Publishing notifies the people you assigned so they can accept or decline.
Duplicate an event
Copy an event you've already run to a new name and date instead of building it again.
Delete an event
Remove an event from your team's schedule for good, and what to do instead if it only needs moving.
Find an upcoming event
Where to look for your next event, everything still to come, and everything that has passed.
Search and filter events
Search events by name, narrow the list to one template, and clear it again.
Why an event still shows as upcoming after it started
An event stays under Upcoming Events for 4 hours after its start time, so it doesn't vanish in the middle of a service.
Add songs to an event
Put songs from your library into an event's setlist.
Add a moment to the setlist
Add the parts of the service that aren't songs (a welcome, a prayer, an announcement) with a title, description, and duration.
Reorder the setlist
Drag songs and moments into the order you'll play them, then save the order.
Remove a song or moment from the setlist
Swipe a song or a moment out of the setlist in edit mode.
Present the setlist page by page
Start the event and swipe through the songs and moments in setlist order.
Export the setlist as a PDF
Turn the setlist into a file you can print or send, and choose what goes in it.
Invite someone to a position
Put people into a position on an event so they get an invitation to accept or decline.
Accept or decline an invitation
Answer an event invitation from the Pending Invitations section on your Home screen.
Reply when you're invited to more than one position
Accept every position at once, or answer each one separately from the Review Positions sheet.
Decline a position you already accepted
Let your team know when you can no longer make an event you already said yes to.
Remove someone from an event
Take a person out of a position on an event without removing them from your team.
Assign people to a song or moment
Say who's leading a song or speaking in a moment, so the setlist shows it next to the item.
Send event reminders
Add a reminder to an event so everyone on it gets a nudge before the day.
Create an event template
Save the parts of an event that never change, so next week's event starts filled in.
Edit or delete an event template
Change a template's name, location or cover photo, or remove a template you no longer use.
Pre-fill a template's setlist
Build the running order inside a template so every event made from it starts with the same moments.
Pre-assign people to a template
Put your regulars into template positions so a new event arrives with the team already filled in.
Create groups and positions
Set up the groups and positions your team schedules into, such as a Band group holding Drums, Bass and Keys.
Rename or remove a position
Change the name of a position or group, or remove one your team no longer schedules.
Edit an event's date, time or details
Change an event's name, location, cover photo, date or time, and let the team know when the date moves.
Why you can't change the date after an event starts
The date and time field locks 12 hours after an event has started, so past events stay accurate.
Open an event in another team
If you're on more than one team, opening an event from another team switches you to that team.
