Your first week as a new volunteer

Six things, each a minute or two. Do them in this order and you're ready for your first event.

Steps

Answer your invitation. Pending invitations sit on Home. Say yes or no so your team knows. Accept or decline an invitation

Check your schedule. See which events you're on and when. See when you're scheduled
Block out the days you're away. Holidays, work, anything. Add a blockout when you're away
Open a song from your next event. Read the chords before you get there. Browse your song library
Set the song up for your eyes. Chords, lyrics or both, and your own capo. Choose your view: chords, lyrics or both
Say hello in the team chat. It's on the Chats tab. Send a message

Turn push notifications on so you hear about a new invitation. Turn push notifications on or off
Anything you change for yourself (your capo, your view, your annotations) changes nothing for anyone else.
Save the songs you play often so they're on Home. Save a song and find your saved songs
