Getting people in takes minutes. This order is what gets them opening it again next week.

Steps

1. Set up your groups and positions first, so an invitation lands somewhere. Create groups and positions
2. Share your invite link in the group chat your church already reads. Invite people with a link or team code
3. Invite anyone who needs it directly. Invite someone by email or username
4. Give each person a role as you invite them. Choose the right role when inviting
5. Publish a real event the same week, so their first visit has something in it. Publish an event
6. Follow up with anyone still showing as Invited. Resend an invitation

Good to know

• Ask people to allow push notifications. That's how they hear about an invitation. Turn notifications on or off
• A new person picks a username during setup, so don't expect their full name straight away.
• The member list shows who has joined. Understand member statuses
