Understand member statuses
Every row in the member list carries a label on the right. It tells you whether that person has joined yet.
What's happening
Someone who has joined shows the role they hold. What the roles mean
Someone who was invited but hasn't accepted shows Invited, followed by how long ago the invitation went out. Invited · 3d means three days ago. Their row stays that way until they accept.
Good to know
- Pending invitations are grouped at the bottom of the list.
- A pending invitation doesn't use a seat until it's accepted. Understand your seats
- While a row still reads Invited, you can send the invitation again. Resend an invitation
- Changing someone's role is done from their profile. Change someone's role
