Understand your seats
The small chip beside Members is your seat count: how many people you have, and how many your plan allows.
What's happening
A chip reading 10 / 20 means ten people have joined and your plan covers twenty. The same chip sits beside All members at the top of the full list.
Good to know
- Removing someone frees their seat straight away. Remove someone from the team
- The limit comes from your plan, and only the Owner can change it. Choose a plan size
Frequently asked questions
How many members can we have?
The number after the slash in the chip. It comes from your plan size.
Do invited people take a seat?
No. Someone shown as Invited takes no seat until they accept, so you can send more invitations than you have seats left.
What happens when every seat is taken?
Someone trying to join sees This team can't take new members right now.
