Invite people with a link or team code

One link works for as many people as you send it to, so it suits a whole group joining at once.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Team details.
  2. Find the Invite card. Your team code is in the box.
  3. Tap the code, or the copy icon beside it, to copy it. Code copied to clipboard! confirms.
  1. Tap Share invite link.
  2. On a phone or tablet, pick where to send it. On web, the link is copied and Link copied to clipboard! appears. Paste it into your message.

Good to know​

  • Someone who taps the link joins when they sign in. Join a team with an invite code or link
  • Someone who has the code instead types it on the Join team step during setup.
  • The Invite card is only on the page for the Owner and Admins.
  • To set someone's role yourself, invite them by email or username instead.
