The five roles in a team, and what each one is for.
What each role can do
The full table of what Owner, Admin, Editor, Scheduler and Member can each do.
Owner and Admin
What the Owner and an Admin each look after, and the two things only the Owner can do.
Editor
What an Editor looks after (songs, files and templates) and what an Editor can't do.
Scheduler
What a Scheduler can do (plan events and invite people to them) and where the role stops.
Member
What a Member can see and do, and which settings are yours alone.
Change someone's role
Give someone on your team a different role from their profile.
Why you can't change your own role
Your own role is set by an Owner or an Admin, and Change Role never appears on your own profile.
Why the Owner's role can't be changed
Every team has exactly one Owner, and that role is fixed.
