Rename or remove a position

Positions and groups both change over time. Rename them, or take out the ones nobody fills any more.

Steps​

  1. Open Team details by tapping your team's card on Home.
  2. Under Manage, tap Group Templates.
  3. Tap the group's card. Its positions open.
  1. Tap the three dots on the position's row, then Rename. The name turns into a text field. Type the new name and confirm it.
  2. To take the position out, tap the three dots again and choose Delete.
  3. For a whole group, use the three-dot menu on the group's card. It has Rename and Delete too.

Good to know​

  • Groups and positions belong to the team, not to one event. Group Templates is the only place to change them.
  • Delete acts straight away. There's no confirmation step.
  • Renaming with an empty field leaves the old name in place, and so does typing the same name back.
