Pre-fill a template's setlist

Most services have the same shape every week: Welcome, Offering, Sermon. Put those moments in the template and every event made from it starts with them.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Team details, then tap Event Templates under Manage.
  2. Tap the template, then tap Setlist at the top right.
  3. Tap Add Moments below the list.
  1. Fill in Title, add a description if it helps, then tap Save.
  2. Repeat for every moment the service always has.
  3. To change the order, press and hold a row, drag it into place, then tap Save Order.

Good to know​

  • A template's setlist holds moments only. Songs go on the event itself. Add songs to an event
  • Tap a moment to change its title or description. Swipe it sideways to remove it.
  • Add Moments disappears while an order is unsaved, and opening a moment shows a message asking you to save the order first.
  • Leaving the Setlist screen doesn't lose your moments. Only the order needs Save Order.
