Share your song library with another church

A church down the road starts on OnStage with an empty library. One link gives them everything you have built.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open your team's details and tap Share Song library under Manage.
  2. Read the note about sharing your entire library, then tap Get the link.
  1. Send the link however you like. On web it appears with a copy icon instead.
  2. Tell them to tap Start Preview, tick the songs they want, then tap Add.
  3. Point them to Duplicates for songs they already have. They pick which to add, or tap Skip Duplicates.

Good to know​

  • The link works for one year.
  • Nothing leaves your library. The other team copies what it chooses.
  • When songs are shared with you, a cloud icon appears beside the Songs count and offers Sync Library.
  • Syncing needs at least three people in your team. With fewer, you are asked to invite people first.
