Organize songs with themes

Themes are how you find four songs about grace on a Thursday night. They are your team's own list, and they build up as you use them.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open the song, tap the gear icon, then Edit Song.
  2. On the Details tab, tap Themes.
  3. Tick up to four themes. Use the search box if the list is long.
  1. For a theme that isn't there, tap Add New Theme and name it.
  2. Tap Save, then save the song.

Good to know​

  • Four is the limit. Trying a fifth shows "You can select up to 4 themes only."
  • Tap Manage in the same modal to rename or delete a theme. Deleting tells you how many songs use it before it goes.
  • Themes belong to the team, so anyone can filter the library by them.
