Add notes to a song

A note at the top of the song for the whole team: how the arrangement runs, who starts, what you're skipping this week.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Before you start​

  • The notes card is only on the song while Song Details is on: gear icon at the top right, then Display Options, then Song Details.

Steps​

  1. Open the song. The card sits above the first section.
  2. Tap the three dots at the top right of the card.
  3. Tap Edit.
  1. Type your note. It can run as long as you need.
  2. Tap the blue save button where the three dots were.

Good to know​

  • Everyone on the team reads this note.
  • Tapping away from the card or leaving the song saves what you typed.
  • Remove in the same menu clears the note. It appears once the note has something in it.
  • An empty card reads No description until someone writes in it.
