Import songs from PDF

Turn chord sheets you already have as PDFs into songs in your library, several at a time.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Paid plan: This needs a paid plan. What's included Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open the Songs tab.
  2. Tap +, then Import from PDFs.
  3. Choose your files. Tap Upload More to add others.
  1. Tap Import songs. A banner shows the import running.
  2. When the banner says PDFs imported, tap See all.
  3. Check each song and fix anything that came across wrong.

Good to know​

  • You can import up to 40 PDFs at a time, and each file can be up to 5 pages.
  • Files that are too long or unreadable are listed as invalid and skipped. The rest still import.
  • Imported songs land in your library straight away, so it's worth reviewing them before your team uses them.
