Rename, share or delete a song file

A file called "Scan 3.pdf" tells your team nothing, and old takes take up storage the team could use elsewhere.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Editor. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open the song and tap the paperclip at the top right.
  2. Tap the menu at the right of the file.
  3. Choose Rename, Share (Download on web) or Remove.
  1. For several files at once, press and hold one on mobile, or choose Select from its menu on web.
  2. Tick the files you want, or use Select All.
  3. Tap Share or Delete at the bottom, then Done.

Good to know​

  • Remove asks you to confirm with the file's name first.
  • A removed file is gone for the whole team, and the space it used comes back.
  • Links have an Edit option instead of Share, and cannot be picked alongside other files.
