Change songs and sections with a foot pedal

Press a pedal to change song or section while your hands stay on your instrument.

Where: iPhone, iPad and Android only. OnStage on phone, tablet and web

Before you start​

  • Keyboard pedals pair in your phone's Bluetooth settings and work right away. Only MIDI pedals connect in OnStage.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then Connections, then Pedals & remotes.
  2. Turn the pedal on and tap Connect a MIDI pedal. Allow Bluetooth if asked.
  3. Tap your pedal under Bluetooth or USB.
  1. For an iRig BlueBoard or AirTurn, tap Apply on the suggested setup.
  2. For other pedals, tap an action under Actions, then press the pedal for it.
  1. Open a song from an event and press the pedal.

Good to know​

  • By default the right and left arrows change song. Down arrow, Page Down and Space go to the next section; up arrow and Page Up go back.
  • On an iRig BlueBoard, buttons A to D are previous song, next song, previous section and next section.
  • Next section at the end of a song opens the next one. Pedals pause while you edit, draw or type.
  • Your setup stays on this phone. Reset to defaults undoes it.
