Connect OnStage to Claude or ChatGPT

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports connectors, then ask it about your events or have it plan them for you.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin. What the roles mean

Before you start​

  • You need an account with an assistant that supports connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Have the connector URL ready: https://api.on-stage.app/mcp

Steps​

  1. In your assistant, open the Connectors list and choose OnStage. If it isn't there, add a custom connector and paste the connector URL.
  2. Sign in to OnStage when the sign-in page opens.
  3. Pick the team the assistant will work on.
  4. Approve the access it asks for.
  5. Ask in plain language, such as "Who is serving this Sunday?"
  6. To disconnect, open the same Connectors list in your assistant.
  7. Remove OnStage.

Good to know​

  • One connection covers one team. To use another team, connect again and pick it.
  • The assistant acts as you and sees only what you can see. It shows a preview and changes nothing until you confirm. New events start as drafts.
  • If you stop being an Owner or Admin, the connection stops working.
  • To have access revoked for you, contact support.
