AI connector privacy
The assistant works as the person who connected it, in one team, and asks before it changes anything.
What's happening
- What it can read: your team's members and roles, events, setlists, songs and reports, limited to what that person can see in OnStage.
- What it can write: events, setlists, participants, reminders and songs, within that person's role. What it can and cannot do
- Whose data: only the team chosen when connecting. It can't reach other teams.
- Your password: you sign in to OnStage yourself. The assistant never sees your password.
- Confirmation: it shows a preview, and nothing changes until you confirm.
- The assistant's side: what it reads is handled by the company behind it, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under that company's terms. Check its data settings.
Good to know
- To disconnect, remove OnStage from your assistant's connectors, or contact support to have it revoked. Connect and disconnect
- Read the full OnStage Privacy Policy. It is also in the app, under About.
