What the AI connector can and cannot do
The assistant can do what you can do as an Owner or Admin, in the one team you connected, and no more.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin. What the roles mean
What's happening
Reads only
These change nothing.
- Your team: members and roles, groups, positions, event templates and blockouts for the next 120 days.
- Events: dates, setlists and who serves where.
- Songs: search the library and open a song with its chords and sections.
- Reports: serving history, song usage, availability and upcoming events.
Makes changes
- Add up to 60 events or 200 songs at once.
- Change an event's name, date, time or location.
- Replace an event's setlist, participants or reminders.
- Edit a song's details or lyrics, or attach a PDF or audio file.
- Publish draft events, which invites the people assigned.
Deletes and undoes
- Delete one event, with its participants, setlist, rehearsals and chat. This can't be undone.
- Undo an upload or change from the last 7 days.
What you confirm first
Every change shows a preview, and nothing is applied until you say yes. Uploaded events start as drafts. People are notified only when you ask or publish.
Limits
- Starter teams get 50 requests a day, paid teams 1,000. The team shares them.
- Reminders and the monthly event limit follow your plan. Which features need a paid plan
- Out of reach: other teams, billing, roles, invitations and chat.
Good to know
- Each action needs the same permission it needs in the app.
