I can't find an event or song someone mentioned

If someone mentions an event or song you can't see, work through these in order.

What to try​

  1. Pull down on the screen to refresh.
  2. Check which team you're in. If you belong to more than one, open Settings and tap Switch. Switch between teams
  3. If it's an event, ask whoever created it whether it's published. An event that hasn't been published yet isn't visible to the team. Publish an event so your team can see it
  4. If it's a song, search the Songs tab by title or by a line of the lyrics. Search for a song by title or lyrics
  5. If you weren't invited to the event, it may not be yours to see. Why can't I do this? Start here

Good to know​

  • The same person can be in more than one team. Ask which team the event or song belongs to.
  • Once an event is published, it shows in Events and on your schedule.
  • None of this means anything was deleted.
  • Still nothing? Contact support with a reference code.
