OnStage is asking me to update

An Update Required message appears when the version on your device is too old to keep working with your team. It can't be closed or skipped, so update first.

Steps​

  1. Tap Update. The App Store or Play Store opens on the OnStage page.
  2. Tap Update in the store and wait for the download to finish.
  3. Open OnStage again.

Good to know​

  • Nothing is lost. Your events, songs and setlists sit on your team's account, not on the device.
  • The message comes back every time you open OnStage until the update is installed.
  • Turn on automatic app updates on your phone so this doesn't appear minutes before a service.
  • Update over wi-fi where you can: the download is faster and uses no mobile data.
