Cancel your subscription

Cancelling starts in OnStage and finishes in the store that takes your payment.

Who can do this: Owner. What the roles mean Paid plan: This needs a paid plan. What's included Where: iPhone, iPad and Android only. Where each feature works Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then tap Subscription under your team's card.
  2. Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom of the screen.
  1. On Why are you leaving?, pick a reason and tap Submit answer.
  2. If an offer appears, tap Continue with cancelation to keep going.
  1. Your store's subscription page opens. Cancel the OnStage subscription there.

Good to know​

  • Nothing is cancelled until you finish in the store. Closing OnStage before that leaves the plan active.
  • You may be offered a discount or a free month on the way out. Taking one keeps your plan running.
  • I don't want to cancel on the reason screen backs out with nothing changed.
  • Your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
