Redeem a free month

A month you've earned isn't applied on its own. You claim it when you want it.

Who can do this: Owner. What the roles mean Paid plan: This needs a paid plan. What's included Where: iPhone, iPad and Android only. Where each feature works Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then tap Invite & earn free months.
  2. On the Free months card, check the count: it reads 1 earned, 2 earned, and so on.
  3. Tap Redeem a free month.
  1. Read the confirmation, then tap Redeem.
  2. Wait while Applying your free month runs. Your next month is on us means it's done.

Good to know​

  • The month lands after your current billing cycle: the month that follows it is free.
  • You need an active paid plan. Without one you see Activate a plan first, and your months stay banked until you subscribe.
  • One free month applies per billing cycle. A second shows Already redeemed this cycle with the date your next one can be used.
  • If it fails, Something went wrong appears and your balance is untouched. Tap Try again.
