Upgrade your plan

Run out of member places or storage and the fix is a bigger plan. It takes effect as soon as the store confirms.

Who can do this: Owner. What the roles mean Online only: You need internet for this. Why buttons disappear offline

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then tap Subscription under your team's card.
  2. On a paid plan, tap Upgrade under Need more members or storage?. On the free plan the plan cards open straight away.
  1. Choose the size you need and tap the button on its card.
  2. Confirm in the payment sheet that opens: the App Store on iPhone and iPad, the Play Store on Android.
  3. Wait for the sheet to close, then check the Subscription screen shows the new plan.

Good to know​

  • The payment runs through the store account signed in on your device, not through OnStage.
  • Your new member places and storage are there straight away, so you can invite people at once.
  • If you already paid but OnStage still shows the old plan, use Restore Purchase at the bottom of the plan cards.
