What's included in the free plan

Every new team starts on Starter, the free plan. It doesn't run out, and it doesn't ask for card details.

What's happening​

On Starter you can create events, build setlists, add songs with chords and lyrics, set up positions, and keep your own schedule and blockouts.

Three things are sized down:

  • Up to 5 members on the team.
  • 200MB of storage for the files you attach to songs and send in chat.
  • 5 events a month. Paid plans have no event limit.

Some features are also reserved for paid plans. The full list is in This feature needs a paid plan.

Good to know​

  • Only the Owner sees the Subscription row in Settings, and it shows which plan the team is on.

Is OnStage free?​

Yes. Every new team starts on Starter, and it doesn't ask for card details.

Does Starter expire?​

No. A team can stay on Starter for as long as it wants.

Can I add my team on Starter?​

Yes, up to 5 members. Invite a sixth person and an upgrade screen appears instead.
