Sync with Google Calendar

Connect your Google account and your events, rehearsals, and blockouts appear in Google Calendar alongside everything else.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then Sync calendar.
  2. Under Connected accounts, tap Connect Google Calendar.
  1. Choose the Google account you want to use.
  2. Allow access when Google asks.
  3. Wait for Connecting Google account to finish.
  1. Open Google Calendar and look for the new OnStage calendar.

Good to know​

  • Everything lands in one calendar named OnStage, so you can hide it or color it separately.
  • Changes in OnStage reach Google Calendar on their own.
  • Once you're connected, What syncs appears so you can choose what goes across.
  • Disconnect removes the OnStage calendar from your Google account. Nothing inside OnStage changes.
