Notifications aren't arriving

If OnStage has stopped reaching your phone, work through these in order.

What to try​

  1. Open Settings and scroll to Personal.
  2. Check Notifications. If the switch is off, turn it on.
  1. If Notification Permission appears, tap Open Settings and allow notifications for OnStage.
  2. Return to OnStage and turn Notifications on again.

Good to know​

  • The switch in OnStage and the one in your device settings both have to be on.
  • Turn notifications off in your device settings and OnStage's switch turns itself off the next time you open OnStage.
  • Anything you missed is still waiting in the list behind the bell on Home.
